In-Stock and Custom Orders
Most of our art products are in stock and will be shipped within one day from our Amsterdam studio. For custom or made-to-order pieces, production typically takes about a week before shipping.

Shipping Time and Handcrafted Production
All our artworks are handcrafted and carefully packaged in our Amsterdam studio. This means each piece is specially produced for you, usually within a few days of your order. Please note that this process may sometimes take a bit longer due to the meticulous care we take with each piece. However, we always ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition.

 

Free Shipping
All orders are shipped for free and fully insured within one day after production from our Amsterdam studio. This is a limited-time offer, so take advantage before it ends!

 

Worldwide Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. If your order is shipped outside the Netherlands, you agree to pay any import duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Steyn Skyler is not responsible for paying these fees, nor for replacing goods that may be seized by customs.

 

Studio Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? No problem! Contact us or mention it in the order notes. You can collect your artwork within 24 hours from our studio in Amsterdam-Zuid.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

 

Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, such as an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us. While we are not responsible for such errors, we will do our best to find a suitable solution.

 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the workload of the delivery services. Generally, delivery within the Netherlands takes a few days, while international deliveries can take several weeks. Contact us if you have specific questions about delivery times to your country.

 

Return Policy
We understand that you may change your mind. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the artwork is undamaged. Contact us before returning the artwork for further instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the artwork in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount.
